What You Need When Using a Shared Branch in Your State

When using a shared branch in your home state when you have an in-state ID, you will be asked to verify your identity before you can make any transactions. For your security, you will be asked to provide:

  • Our Name – Sentry Credit Union
  • A Valid Photo ID – Driver’s License or Equivalent 
  • The last four digits of your social security number
  • Your Sentry Credit Union account number

 Using a Shared Branch Outside of Your State (IDCheck)

When using a shared branch outside of your home state when you have an out-of-state ID, you will be asked to verify your identity before you can make withdrawal transactions. For withdrawal transactions you will need to verify your identity with IDCheck following these steps:

  • Scan the QR code on this page with your smart device or visit verify.coop.org
  • Select Sentry Credit Union from the drop-down list
  • Enter your member # and the last 4 digits of your social security number
  • Upload a photo of your ID and take a selfie
  • Show your one-time passcode to the teller

Additionally for your security, you may be asked to provide:

  • A Valid Photo ID – Driver’s License or Equivalent 
  • Our Name – Sentry Credit Union
  • The last four digits of your social security number
  • Your Sentry Credit Union account number

For all other transactions, for your security, you will be asked to provide:

  • A Valid Photo ID – Driver’s License or Equivalent 
  • Our Name – Sentry Credit Union
  • The last four digits of your social security number
  • Your Sentry Credit Union account number
