If you want to build your home from the ground up on land that you choose, SCU has a land and/or consturction loan that allows you to purchase land and/or build the home of your dreams. Maybe you have a very specific vision for how you want your home to be built. Or, maybe you want more space and to live away from the city. Whatever your reason for wanting land, Sentry Credit Union can create a loan that allows you purchase the land you need and build your dreams.

All loan requests subject to credit approval. Land & Construction loans are available only in Wisconsin.
