8:00am – 4:30pm CST, Monday, Tuesday

9:00am – 4:30pm CST, Wednesday

8:00am – 4:30pm CST, Thursday, Friday


The leadership team at Sentry Credit Union continues to monitor the ever-changing coronavirus (COVID-19) situation. The health, safety, and well-being of our staff and our members is our top priority.


The Credit Union remains open, yet the lobby is restricted to appointments only during the hours listed above. No appointment is needed to make a deposit with no cash back using the night depository located outside the office doors.


You may place a deposit, with no cash back, in the secure night depository outside of the lobby next to the ATM. Deposits placed in the secure night depository during business hours will be processed same day.   

We are currently not accepting coin for processing.

Self-Assess and Wear a Face Covering

Prior to your visit, please conduct a self-assessment to make sure you do not have any signs of illness including: fever, headache, muscle aches, fatigue, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, or loss of taste or smell.  If you have any of these symptoms, please stay home. When you come in for your scheduled appointment, please wear a face covering when you enter the building and during your visit.

Helpful Hints on Doing Business During Social Distancing: You can perform most of your banking functions from our mobile app or website, by phone, and through night depository. For more information, click here. This includes applying for an account or loan, paying your bills, or depositing a check. Additionally, ATMs and drive-ups at Shared Branches will remain accessible.

Please reach out to us using the contact information below for assistance accessing your account, registering for online banking, transfers or other concerns and questions you may have.  While our lobby may be closed temporarily, we continue to offer the same high level of service you have come to know from Sentry Credit Union. 


Loan Payment at SCU: We understand this it a trying time for members on many levels. If you think you will have difficulties making upcoming loan payments, please call us at 715-346-6534 before your payment(s) is (are) due. We will work with you to create a plan that will fit your situation. During these difficult times, don’t stress about your finances – we are here to help you get through this.
