COVID-19 Statement

Home Office Location COVID-19 Statement

In light of the rapidly changing COVID-19 situation, we want to assure you that Sentry Credit Union and Sentry Insurance are taking measures to keep our members and staff safe and healthy.  We are limiting access to the SCU lobby by appointments only. (More information here.) While access to our lobby will be limited, we want to remind everyone that we offer a full range of online banking services and our mobile app. If you do not yet have online or mobile banking, our staff can assist you in getting started. Here is a list of our online offerings, as well as other ways of accessing funds.

Remote Deposit* – All members can use SCU Mobile (our mobile banking app) to make a Remote Deposit into their account at the Credit Union. It is easy, convenient, and funds from Remote Deposit are made available immediately.

Drive-Up Deposit – All members can use the drive-up windows at our Shared Branch credit unions to make a deposit. Find your Shared Branch here.

Night/After Hours Deposit – Members in the Stevens Point area can make a deposit in the envelope deposit drop just outside the Credit Union office. (Sentry associates at Division Street can use the envelope deposit box next to security by the front door.)

Inter-Office Mail Deposits – Sentry associates can always send a deposit in through inter-office mail.

Regular Mail Deposits – All members may send in deposits through regular mail.
