Statement
Sentry Credit Union is committed to providing you with the
financial products and services that will help you meet your
financial needs and reach your financial goals. Protecting
your personal information and using it in a manner consistent with
your expectations is a high priority for everyone associated with
Sentry Credit Union.
Information we collect
Sentry Credit Union collects nonpublic personal information about
you from the following sources:
Information we receive from you on applications or other forms;
Information about your transactions
with us or others; and,
Information we receive from a consumer reporting agency.

We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about you to
anyone, except as permitted or required by federal or state law.
If you decide to terminate your membership or become an inactive
member, we will adhere to the privacy policies and practices as
described in this notice.
Sentry Credit Union restricts access to your personal and account
information to those employees who need to know that information
to provide products or services to you. We maintain
physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with
federal regulations to guard your nonpublic personal information.
Member Security Measures
Sentry Credit Union is committed to protecting the privacy of its
Members. Members can help by following these guidelines:
Safeguard your account numbers, plastic card (ATM debit and
credit) numbers, PINs (personal identification numbers), and
passwords (audio response, Internet Banking, E-Statements, E-Bill
Pay). Never keep your PIN with your plastic card which can
provide free access to your accounts if your plastic card is lost
or stolen.
Use caution when disclosing your account numbers, social security
number, plastic card numbers to non-Sentry Credit Union people.
Keep your personal information at the Credit Union up-to-date.
If you address or phone number changes, let us know immediately.
This will help us if we detect potentially fraudulent or
unauthorized activity on your account and we need to contact you.
